V1 HORIZON STICH LINER 5500

The Stich Liner 5500 bookbinding line made by Horizon represents a comprehensive solution for V1 bookbinding production. All the technological operations involved in wire-bound brochure production are completed in-line with a high level of operation automation.

The line configuration may include from one to four collating modules with ten stations each. The collating operation is followed by sheet stacking with automatic discarding of bed sets. After book block forming, creasing and folding, wire stapling follows. Products may be stapled with two or four staples, and the operator may use eye stapling as well. Upon front and side cutting, the complete product leaves the machine. The automatic setting system guarantees short preparation times between orders.
